This Privacy Policy applies to the Limitless Operator mobile application (the "Application"), developed and provided by Limitless Technologies (the "Service Provider"). The Application is part of the Limitless Parking suite and is provided "AS IS."

- The pages/screens you visit within the Application, timestamps, and session duration.
- Your device operating system and version.
- Technical and performance data related to app functionality.
Parking-related data: The Application may also process parking-specific information such as vehicle license plate numbers, entry and exit timestamps, access control actions (whitelist/blacklist events), and related camera images or plate snapshots. This information is collected solely to operate access control, support site security, and maintain accurate records for the connected site.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain the Application and associated services (for example, enabling access control and recording entry/exit logs).
- To provide customer support and send important service-related communications.
- To analyze usage patterns and improve application functionality and security.
Third-Party Services
We may share aggregated or anonymized data with trusted third-party service providers to improve performance and analytics. The Application also uses third-party services that have their own privacy practices (for example, Google Play Services). Please review third-party policies where applicable.

We retain user-provided and automatically collected data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill operational and legal obligations.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. While we strive to use appropriate safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us to request removal.
